>I've been here since Sept. 2023, and I love it. Love the location of my unit nestled up against the trees. I even enjoy the sound of the traffic off of highway 36. My unit has a private entrance which I love. Love the screened in patio. Love that I don't have to perform maintenance chores and expenses! Great maintenance team here! Friendly staff. It feels like home. I miss my house that I sold, but Washington Quarters truly makes me feel at home. Thank you.>

So far so good! I have enjoyed my time at Washington Quarters. It has been quiet, safe, and comfortable place to live. I am only here for a short time but I couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

Solid community, quiet and good prices for what is offered. Only complaint is the sewage plant behind the complex. Other than that, everything has been going great!

We enjoy living at Washington Quarters for the most part. W love being able to have our cat and our dog, and our apartment has plenty of room for us. The maintenance staff is excellent and incredibly quick. The only downsides are the noise from the highway and the trash that sometimes is on the property.
